The California Parkinson's Disease Registry (CPDR) is a promising
new initiative undertaken by the California Department of Public Health
together with The Parkinson's Institute and Clinical Center,
UCLA School of Public Health and other collaborators.

The goal of the project is to develop a confidential database that
contains information about the extent and characteristics of
Parkinson’s disease in California.

Please read more about our plans for the registry.
